As I predicted, I was forced to go to Sydney. I left at the rediculously early hour of 6am on Tuesday, and got back at 3pm Saturday. I was actually lucky to get back so early. I did nothing for the whole week except for working, eating, and sleeping. I bought a Mavis's CD at the airport this morning for $9.95, it's now been added to the CDs page.

I don't want to go to work tomorrow. They're just going to tell me that I have to go to Sydney again. I'm trying to work out a way that I can avoid going to Sydney that doesn't involve quitting my job or being sacked, but I can't think of one. It's the most frustrating thing in the world.

The Three Sisters

Once again I've been back to Sydney this week. I worked some long hours without achieving much at all (due to the other company who were at the integration). I have identified more signs that I'm travelling too much - the staff at the hotel know my name, the bar staff at the hotel know what I drink, and I'm starting to recognise Qantas flight crew. On Sunday I went up to the Blue Mountains, there are some nice photos on the Sydney page. I haven't done any more on the Europe photos and diary, but I'm going to try to get a significant chunk of the remainder finished on the weekend. I've bought some more DVDs recently, namely American Psycho and Run Lola Run.

Leaning Tower of Pisa

Last week I went to Sydney again. The work went considerably smoother this time, and I came home half a day early. My accumulation of frequent flyer points is coming along nicely. I had a surprisingly good Qantas salad on the way over, but they were back to their usual form on the way back. And now it's a long weekend! Woot! Today I finished off part four of my Europe diary. This section covers Italy, starting in Montecatini (near Florence), then to Rome, and then up to Venice. I've also archived the front page of harshbutfair from February, added American Pie 2 to my list of CDs, and Massive Attack to my list of music DVDs.
