Chinese Fax Spam

I think we're dealing with spammers on a budget here. The spam had a few words in a character set that my computer couldn't display, and then the image below was attached. It's clearly for some sort of weight-loss product, but the details are hidden behind the façade of poor-quality faxed image. I especially like the use of the curly arrows in the image. They add class.
